Induction Cooking….. What a discovery!

At least for us……..Apparently, it’s been around since the early 1900’s (late to the party once again).  While we’ve walked past induction cook tops at The National Restaurant Show for years, we just never paid much attention to the technology….. until now.  We’re testing some small table top units at our restaurants to see how they work in a commercial setting and developing home recipes that should get those pasture-raised eggs and steaks on the table even quicker.
